Jonathan is a Chemical and Biological Engineering graduate student that recently graduated from University of Utah. Welcome!
Leland is in the Cellular and Molecular Biology graduate program and will be developing microfluidic cancer diagnostics. Welcome Leland!
Michael completed his PhD in Ming Luo's lab at UAB where he studied influenza fusion inhibitors.
We'll miss all our friends and colleagues at UCLA--but are excited for the next adventure!
We're actively recruiting new graduate students and postdocs for projects in biomolecular engineering, computational biology, and high-throughput technology development. Interested students and postdocs should contact Phil (romero[dot]philip[at]gmail[dot]com).
More about the other UCLA fellows can be found here:
Dissecting enzyme function with microfluidic-based deep mutational scanning
Interested students should apply to the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering (http://www.chemeng.ucla.edu), and potential postdocs should contact Phil (romero[dot]philip[at]gmail[dot]com).
